False advertising

Trying to be copycats and not keeping your promise is sometimes a complete waste of time, your consultant called us wanting to offer us a quote and we told them that there is no way they can beat our current insurer, they then assured us that they can and if they cannot they will give us R400. We then obliged and they quoted us and as mentioned earlier, they failed to beat our current insurer, then they said we should send them our current policy schedule to *** and add the following ref number on subject line ***2 of which we did on the 24 November 2021, till today we haven't received the R400 that was promised or received any form of communication from Miway. Please stop trying to be like OUTsurance with this "if we can't beat your current insurer we'll pay you". Pay us the promised money and stop with false advertising
