Falls covers

November 2024 I was called by MiWay insurance for my golf mk 1 1985 modle and was told my cars market value was R25000.00 and that I would pay a low price.... The price for the insurance indeed was amazingly good so good that I covered my cars mags for R7000.0 and my sound for R15000.00 this all was now covered for a low price of around R270. 00 PM.... Wow this really sounded too good to be true and guess what it really is too good to be true, my car was broken into on the 31st August 2024 over the weekend while being away from home I laid the claim 2nd September 2024 and was called back on the 3rd September 2024 by Palesa and was told that my car will be write off, it is basically a year later and I've been paying every month without a doubt and am now being told the value of my car is around R9000. 00 after I took a cover for the value of R25000. 00..... I've called numerous times to find out what's happening, today 06 September 2024 I've called in again and spoke to a lady called Onthatile ant around 12:00hours which was rather very rude and really does not have customer service, I have asked the lady to rather get the menagerie to call me back as all I need is my window to be replaced and my sound (radio, amps, mids, 6x9's and radio).... My question is how do you drop the value of the item in about a year without notifying the client, then write off their item for a break in..... My vehicle was not in a accident why write it off..... I think this is rather false advati*****t and don't think MiWay has any way of customer service..... I have even recommended people to go for miway but now I am really very unhappy and will incorage everyone that I have spoken to to rather cancel as MiWay changes as they please when they feel like it without any heads up

Vehicle :R25000.00 Wheels(Mags):R7000.00 Sound (other) : R15000.00

Again my window was broken, my sound ****** with spare wheel, jack and wheel spanner....... I will not stop till this is paid out

Very unfair and I am rather a very disappointed client as well as unhappy
