Fallacious Marketing

A month ago an agent called me for an insurance quote. Before he could even start I told him he would not be able to beat my current insurance schedule. He went on to say I can claim R 400 if he can't beat my existing insurance schedule. The call was concluded and as I predicted He could not. I then asked for the recording of the call as well as the email to send my claim for the R400. I have yet to receive both. I then went onto their website and found the email address and send my claim a month ago. I however did not receive any feedback from Miway. This is totally unacceptable for them to lie to the public.
