I must say my recovery excess process started a bit not that good as I continually called for feedback, however I was later informed by Karishma Maharaj that when a recovery involves a third party it takes more time than normal for obvious reasons. Overall I can say I was assisted fairly well. Thank you Karishma Maharaj and Thomas you guys are the people that will make me to come back to MiWay Insurance when I get another car. Danko!
