Fair experience overall. Service by Busisiwe Sithole today was excellent. I note the following about MiWay: 1. Additional excess of R3,000 in claim for incident where no other vehicle was involved is unfair. Nor was it mentioned when I took up the cover. 2. Not responsive enough when processing my claim in March 2024. 3. Inconsistent information given by MiWay staff, e.g. about timeframes for concluding a claim.
