Failure to respond to my e-mail.

Sir/Madam Hi, I am deeply saddened by the treatment I got from Miway Insurance company, I e-mailed them twice but to dismay I still did not get any respond. I am desperately in need of any help, I am also not certain whether I can reveal the content of my e-mail or it will be enough to just leave it like that hoping that I may get prompt response.
