FAILURE TO RESPOND
I've been trying to cancel my car insurance that I have with Miway since last week Thursday. I called on Thursday morning and that guy told me consultant who deals with cancellation are busy they will call me back, first that guys did not take any of my details or ask me if my details have change or not. I have used app, their web to try to cancelled insurance but still no call. reference number: ********** 41. It confusing how they immediately call you when one is requested quote
