Failure to instruct me to check for a Debicheck mandate

So beginning of August I switched insurance companies to your insurance company.

I am now wondering that I made a mistake.

Nobody informed me to keep a eye out for a Debicheck mandate on my banking app.

When I got a expired notification from my bank I immediately phoned miway to reinstate a Debicheck so that I can accept it and they can't cause the debit orders have already been processed.

So what now I'm uninsured for a month how must I get to work? How must I get around now? My car now has to stand cause you failed to tell me to keep a eye out for a Debicheck and now I have to suffer.
