Failure to consider Speedy assistance

Hi guys

This is the second complaint I addressed to MiWay regarding the dissatisfaction of the services I am receiving.

Since the first complaint has been raised, I was advised by Nkele Molele that the she will commence updating me regularly on my claim. Since then (7th September 2017), I have not heard anything from her nor anyone from your the company. I have always trusted MiWay to be of great assistance when in need.

I further communicated with Mmabatho today whom advised she will revert to me. I have heard nothing from her. They have an *********** staff with bad "inner" attitude and who neglects the stakeholders.

The renew-it in Edenvale advised me last week Friday that my vehicle is with the Quality Control and would be completed and ready for collection on Tuesday (19 September 2017). When I called them today I spoke to Christine (receptionist) who advised that they are awaiting for authorization from yourselves regarding a "rear tail light". They are doing nothing on the vehicle until such authorization has been approved.

I am hereby demanding that, you should ensure that the vehicle is ready for collection before end of business tomorrow (22 September 2017)and it is FULLY REPAIRED. It is now more than a month awaiting for my vehicle to be repaired. This is ridiculous time period to fix a rear Bumper.

Should I not be receiving my vehicle tomorrow, consider this complaint to as a cancelation of my policy.
