Failing to Fix a Scratch
They decided to pay me R2100 and The Panelbeater of my Choice needs R5600 to fix my scratch. I asked before signing disclaimers what will happen If it's costly to repair it who will pay. They said I will raise that with the assessor who approved R2100. Now on whatsapp the Claim advisor says I am liable to pay the shortfall.
I think the reason I have insurance for is that I will only pay required excess. I need answers my car is currently at Senatla Panelbeaters. Talk to them and pay for my car
