failing to call me back

i have requested to cancel my policy withe them they promised to call me back, the first request was 19/04/2016 of which they never did call on the 20/04/2016 i made another request stil no call, when i request on 21/05/2016 they still telling me that they wil call me. my worry is the wana wait til my deduction time to call me
