Failed promises once again by MiWay

So, out of the blue I had a consultant call me up 2 weeks ago from MiWay insurance claiming that he will beat my car insurance quote if not reward me with R400.

Seeing as though someone somewhere had sold my details to him, I figured, I will go with the call and get my R400 knowing that they will never beat my insurance quote. Guess what??? They couldn't. So the guy on the line (who spoke and understood English terribly) says I should email them my insurance schedule and he will call me back the next day. Knowing very well that he just anted to get off the line as he didnt have a sale, I asked him to hold on whilst I send my schedule. Sent the schedule and he claimed he had to search for it and call me back the next day and guess what, that didnt happen.

So i then went to social media and laid a complaint, someone rep**** asking for contact details, but never contacted me. So i sent my schedule once again last Friday ( a week later) asking them to contact me and still no contact.

Guess they are buying peoples data and using their R400 reward as a ploy to get even more data to sell. MiWay you guys need to take the Highway to nowhere as you have full of failed promises.

DO NOT TRUST MIWAY!!!!
