Very efficient and eloquent lady by the name of Maggie assisted me when I contacted the call centre. I was asked what I required rather than told how things would be- which was very refreshing. Maggie was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Within minutes my request was granted and approved. No mess no fuss. This was truly a great experience.
