Extremely worse service

Had a theft of copper pipes that ferried water from my water tank to the geyser, Miway replaced this with very small plastic pipes which can hardly transport water in between. Installation was so shambolic that the pipes are just hanging all over my walls. To make matters worse there's a leak in between my bedroom and bathroom walls, my house can fall at anytime. I've complained for 2 years and Miway turned a blind just because I'm a pensioner and there's nothing I can do. I pay my premium monthly without a fail whilst being charged a normal premium and not as a pensioner. Is this how Miway treat the elderly? I've never witnessed such below par service, hope Burton can see and attend to this. Claim C***.
