Extremely unhappy with Miway Insurance

I have being with Miway for such a long time, but for the first time was promised with callbacks from a consultant regarding my debit orders going off before I requested the desired debit date, even sent an online request for a callback but to date which is gone 48 hours in total and no callback, all I got was that after being with them for 2 years, I now have no cover on my vehicle based on funds not received which was not my fault but Miways... I have three policies and have become a very unhappy client over the past 48 hours
