Extremely poor service from Miway
On Thursday 17h15 I call miway to assist me to reduce my montly instalment.
THE CONSULTANT HAVE INFORM ME THAT THEY CAN NOT DO IT ONLY THE 3RD PARTY CAN DO IT.I INFORM HER I TOOK THIS POLICY FROM MIWAY AND THE DEBIT ORDER SHOWS MIWAY AND IF THEY DO NOT ASSIST ME I GOING TO STOP THIS DEBIT ORDER. THE CONSULTANT THEN GET VERY ******** WITH ME AND INORM ME THAT I CAN DO WHAT I WANT I WILL NOT STOP THIS DEBT ORDER.I INFORMED HER THAT I WILL CONTACT THE CONSUMER RIGHTS COMMISION ABOUT THIS TREATMENT.
I ALSO DID CALLED IN THE MORNING AROUND 13H00 WHEN A CONSULTANT INFORM ME THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK that never happen.
