Extremely poor service

Again, extremely slow and pathetic service.

So I laid a complaint 2 weeks ago about not receiving feedback on my quote. I got called the next day by someone investigating the complaint and the agent, Mr Donald David had **** that he did not receive my documents. I had forwarded the email along with my supporting document. This was to ****er.

Again, 2 weeks on and still no response. It seems like you guys run these sales ploys but don't follow through, and that's dirty since when you want the business, you'll call hundreds of times. Hello Peter seems to be the only way to get in touch with you
