Extremely Poor Response and Bad Service from MiWay

My car was bumped by a driver who wrongly swerved into my lane in order to avoid bumping another car - this incident happened over 13 days ago (Saturday 2 Jan. 2016). I called my short term insurer (Mi-Way) and my car was authorized to be towed away from the scene of the accident, the very next Monday (4 Jan. 2016) I went to the storage facility since Mi-Way was unresponsive to my calls. In order to have my car released I had to pay over R6000.00 (Six Thousand Rands) - to my surprise, Mi-Way did not even want to pay for the towing of my car, which was duly authorized. Today, 13 full days after the accident, Mi-Way has still not fixed my car let alone provide any feedback regarding way forward. Mi-Way promised to get back to me within 2-3 days regarding my claim, all they did was to provide me a Ref Number after countless days of following up with them (C695413). To date, no accessor has come through or called me - I have spent over R600 on airtime holding on for anybody, somebody or anyoen to assist on their ***number, it just get dropped. this is terrible service, is this really what I have been paying for, bad service? I have e-mailed Refiloe Sehlapelo & no res either
