Extremely happy client

The service I always receive from Thapelo at MIWAY is extraordinary, it's out of this world, we refer to these kinda services when we say great customer care, the guy is patient and he knows his job which mostly I believe is to keep Miway clients happy all the time...the honest truth is that ,I am still with Miway because of Thapelo Masinga, in so many incidents I was certain I was leaving Miway for other insurance brokers but Thapelo will always make me see the reason why I should stay with Miway,he goes all out to assist and he'll make sure he leaves a client with a smile...With all this I say ,if our South African Companies would have more people like Thapelo, people who exercise Batho Pele in work places all the time ,we would not have mad and unhappy clients at all in this beautiful country of ours...I thank Thapelo Masinga but mostly I thank Miway for hiring him!I can boldly say ,I am a happy Miway client and I will still stay with Miway for as long as there's still Thapelo Masinga at Miway ,the guy who knows how important I am as a client.
