Extremely GREAT ATTITUDE towards customers

Good Afternoon Miway Team<br> <br> First of all I would like to say that I can be sometimes a very difficult customer at times.<br> <br> Today I have called in about 3-4 times regarding changes to my policy and the last call a lady by the name of Kearabetswe Kekana answered the phone.<br> <br> I was blown away by how polite she was towards me, she uplifted my spirit from being totally frustrated to being calm and understanding, this lady has such great telephonic skills and phone Etiquettes.<br> <br> I would like to say a big thank you to you Mrs Kearabetswe Kekana please keep up the good work and keep your great attitude.
