<p>I was assisted by 2 service agents who were extremely helpful. Above all was the friendliness of the people. Lerato was the initial contact then she forwarded my call to her senior namely Diego. Diego resolved my issue and went out of his way to retain me as a client. He gave me a holiday relief thing/discount on my premium...
