Extremely Dissatisfied

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment. I submitted a third-party claim that was handled by Koketso Ntsoane, which has now been declined without a proper investigation.

Despite providing clear evidence and footage to support my claim, the reasons given for the decline appear to be unfounded.

I am raising the matter here first before escalating it on social media platforms such as Twitter and TikTok.
