EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE

I joined Miway in April 2018 and unfortunately had my first accedent in 14 years in 12 June 2018. The claim was approved by Miway on 26 June 2018 and shockingly they sent the car to Renew-It Randburg for the repairs. This panel-beater has THE WORST reviews and provide ********** service. I still dont have my car back after more than two months now. I have taken it up with Miway and Renew-It Randburg. I have resorted to hellopeter to get some service out of both these companies. I even submitted a claim to the ombudsman. Miway received the notification that I am no forced to submit a complaint to the ombudsman and to this day Miway has not even responded?!! Be warned!! Miway is a terrible company and I will be changing my insurance as soon as I get my car bac**** They just want you as a client and there after they do not care at all!
