Extremely disappointed in MiWay service

I am extremely disappointed in the service I am recently getting with MiWay with regards to a hail claim. There is no sense of urgency from your staff to put clients needs and expectations first and they are just playing blame games and making empty promises!! I've had no problems with MiWay but seems that the problems start arising once you start claiming for the services that you are actually paying for.
