Extremely Disappointed

The worst service ever, all they care about is money and the worst Agents ever, Nkosi Dlamini sold me my car insurance told him the policy is to start on the 1st of October because it was already the 7th and I was still covered with my other insurer and already been debited for September, he says yes then reads the scripts and talks about pro-rata and I stop him ask pro-rata for what because I just advice the policy is to start next month, he apologized says no sorry there won't be pro-rata.... Then boom next day they try debit my account 500+ lucky I had just moved money from that account to the other, I call them try to cancel they promise to fix it, now speaking to a Senior Karabo Sefolo he says he fixed it then sends the same papers policy to start on the 8th like really now.. I call again this time I don't want to hear stories I want to cancel, was I not tossed around like an idiot, getting hung up on.... Yooo it's alot I regret the 1st day I listened to that agent who called poor poor service even 1 star is to big half a star is deserved for being good liers and 5 stars for terrible service. Finally canceled after so many days of trying.
