Extremely bad services

Since well it looks like this platform is the only place i will get a respond from Miway then i will continue using it until my query is resolved. Miway service is extremely pathetic to a point i can not even refer someone to take anything with you guys. I have been waiting for a feedback from you guys since the 19th of September. A request was send for the false sale calls done by your agents and i only received one call that doesn't even play on any device not sure if you guys did this on purpose or what and of which there are many others that you guys are hiding. After the 1st report on this platform i communicated with Naledi Mahalefa and Palesa Pharoe querying the other calls and advising that the audio send is not supported by any device was the last time i got a feedback from Miway. STOP DEBITING FROM MY ACCOUNT I HAVE ASKED FOR A CANCELLATION
