Extremely bad service from JADE Onthatile Satlaholo

I called in to complain about Glassfit not getting back to me and i spoke to Jade Onthatile Seatlaholo whom sounded like she didnt even care to assist. I could hear background voices from my side and there are times where there was complete silence which tells me she might have been communicating with those other people.
