Extremely Bad Service and Angry
Bad service received from your company. You didnt honour my claim due to being too new and i didnt despute it. ive decided to cancel my policy and now you forcing me to stay with you? ive submitted my cancellation in Mar 2020 & your retention agent contacted me and i still told him that i wasn staying but to dte you still debiting my account.
