Extremely annoyed with Miway and B-Sure Insurance Brokers!!

I took a policy with Miway through B-Sure insurance brokers as a prequisite for receiving a financed vehicle from a dealership. The car is for my sister and her husband but it is under my name. When we went to the dealership to fetch the car, the vehicle had issues (it turned out that the vehicle was actually ****** property). We then left and started to look for other vehicles. At that point in time, I informed both Miway and B-Sure that we never took ownership of the car, therefore, there was nothing to insure. However, for some reason, they never cancelled the policy. We then found a vehicle and bought it and we did another insurance policy with Miway (my brother in law did it as he is the regular driver through a letter of consent from me). Since then, we have been getting calls about the policies and the old policy was apparently still active so there's been a lot of consfusion which is really frustrating for me because I keep on getting calls from both parties mentioned above. I have never experienced such **** service in my entire life. I never ever want to deal with either party in the future. I have told all my friends and family about the two entities mentioned above and they will never insure with them. Super disgusted with the level of service I have received thus far.
