Extraordinary Service :-)

Good day I would like praise both Thandi Bocibo and Rhulani whom I dealt with yesterday(2017/09/05) for the extraordinary service they provided me with yesterday over the phone. Their telephone etiquette was just on point and the service was beyond what I have normally received by other consultants over the years(not to say that the other consultant i have previously dealt with weren't on point). Thandi and Rhulani were just on another level for me yesterday and they both made me realise why I've stuck with MiWay as an insurer for the past 5 years and why I'll continue to do so for more years to come. Thank you Thandi and Rhulani for the excellent service. You are both truly a breathe of fresh air and I hope every client is as chuffed with the service as I am.
