EXTRA ORDINARY IS MI WAY TEAM

Dear Reader, My morning was made today by Mi Way TEAM for their extra ordinary services. Upon engaging with Thabang Khefa (Supervisor) regarding my annual premium review he indicated that he would gladly assist. He has great way of engaging with human beings and felt understood and appreciated. He therefore referred me to the Simphiwe Khumalo (Senior Representative) and he was nothing but a pleasant experience. I was astonished as to how can one move from one kind person to the next in the times and days we live in. This took me aback and made me realize we are still ok as a country. As if their kindness and politeness was not enough I am so grateful that in the end my annual premium was gracefully adjusted from R690.23 to R520.23. I have been a client of my way since 2011 and their experience has been nothing but outstanding I must say. I don’t see myself moving to another insurance simply because I doubt Mi Way can be matched. With people like Thabanga, Simphiwe and Peku as Mi way Team I have no doubt that the company will do extremely well. The success of any business lies in how the business treats their customer. They surely made me felt extremely important and valued. To Mi Way You have extra ordinary human beings in your team in these three human beings. Take good care of them.
