Miway is fantastic when you buy the insurance but when you claim its another story. The excesses are in a word excessive. It's 2500 for the accident then another R3000 because the rider is a learner. Then and additional R2000 because you unfortunately had an accident in the first 12 months. Then they add more because you hit an animal and an additional excess because the bike is a write off. Total excess R10 500 on a bike of R17000. Amount to be paid for a write off R2800.00
