EXPECT TO WAIT FOR A WEEK FOR YOUR CAR TO BE ACCESSED AND ALSO EXPECT TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 7 TO 14 DAYS FOR THEM TO VALIDATE YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY CAN START FIXING YOUR CAR

To think that other service providers give progress update to their clients regarding claims. Here I am being the one who must call for an update which I can't get because the person handling my claim, his number is never answered, no response to emails. Even being told that validating my claim will take 7 to 14 days where else it takes them this long to finish everything but with me before they can start fixing my car there is a possibility that I will wait for 2 weeks, even more BEFORE THEY CAN START FIXING MY CAR...Am just gonna give you guys a WOW. I do not have a problem with waiting but AM NOT BEING UPDATED!
