<p>I do most of my policy ammendments online in order to try save some money as do most cash strapped individuals.</p> <p>On the 22/06/2017 i added a vehicle to my policy and made some minor house cover amendments and was pretty chuffed with my discount for online changes and additional items covered under the same policy.</p> <p>The savings was R77 and my policy only increased by R97! Happy? Yes, up until the debit order date on the 25th when I recieved a R240.18 pro-rata second debit on my existing R490.46 premium! There goes that so called saving and then some....</p> <p>Instead of taking the balance of the change which is only R97! I get a full debit of the differece without my online savings X3!!! Why even bother doing online then?</p> <p>A call got an appology and that I was at fault because I loaded the changes after Miway's debit loading 7 days before my debit order date. So anyone wishing to make ammendments please take note! Change 7 days before your scheduled debit date to save money!</p> <p> </p> <p>NOT A HAPPY CLIENT!!! </p>
