exellent services and going the extra mile

It is time for my annual insurance increase and the premium went up with a pretty big amount. I called another insurance company to get a quote and they quoted me well under my current insurance premium.

I called miway and did a amendment on my policy but still the premium stayed high. I was transferred to senior retention agent a lovely lady called Anathi Ndum-Ndum who helped me with a smile on her face as you can hear it in her voice. we did all the amendments still got to the same high premium she asked me to hold so that she can see if she can do something about it. she came back to me and told me that she can ***** the premium to just a bit less than what I am paying at the moment. Even though it is still higher that the other insurance company I am very happy with the price and the fact that miway is willing to go the extra mile for their loyal customers who has been with them for long periods.
