Ofentse helped me so professional on the phone and very friendly within a few minutes she changed my inception date from 1st November to 10 October as I realized my previous insurer made an error to cancel my policy with them from 1 October instead of 31 October. Their service is absolutely great from the first day I dealt with them. I have now peace of mind.
