Execellent Service
To day I called mi-way complaining about my premium increase on my cover. I was Kindly assisted by a Gentleman who goes by the name PHEMELO KHUNOU. If one could over rate the guy, I would give him 20 out of 10. He clearly explained to me what I was covered for, made no promises that my premiums would be decreased and yet managed to assist me in getting my premium increase down by R200. thank you Mi-way, If all your staff members are Like my friend Phemelo then you are only destined for greater heights...!!!
