Execellent service

<p>We contacted the Miway call centre during Monday evening around 6pm as my wife's car brokedown on the N1 during peak time traffic.</p> <p>We requested a tow truck to tow our vehicle as it would not start. </p> <p>Tshepiso took our call and assisted us. He immediately arranged for a tow truck from the area and within 30minutes or so, the towtruck arrived.</p> <p>Whiel we were waiting for the tow truck he contacted us to assure us that a tow truck is on its way and they know exactly where we are.</p> <p>The tow truck arrived and towed our vehicle home and entoute he contacted us again to check whether the tow truck has arrived and whether we are ok.</p> <p>Thank you Tshepiso</p>
