Excuses to pay claim

After I got in an accident with miway client, and the client agreed he was at fault. Miway is taking amost 3 months to pay for the claim. I call them every week most of the time I don't get them but when I get them they give false promises. They will want seme documents more than 4 times to dalay the process. They will never let you know if they need more information, if you don't call they do not care. At this moment I am still waiting for the email they promised to send more than a week ago. They do everything to avoid paying and delaying paying process.

Unbelievable, Miway is the worst insurance I ever came across, how far can you swivel on a motorcycle on a wet road? How can you look for the cheapest safely gear on the market and pay only 60% of costs when I tried everything to avoid the accident and tell me I could have swivelled more in to the on coming traffic (as it was only option left? In the process I also spend more than R650 on calls calling Miway, more than R8200 on alternative transport. After reducing the claim to 40% they still want the salvage material meaning I am loosing and they are making profit out of me.
