Excess suddenly increased 3 times

<p>On Wed, 27 July I received an email from MiWay stating my insurance had been increased. I was unfairly prejudiced in that the excess had increased from R1,500 to R4,250 as well as the premium being increased. I expressed concern on the MiWay website. Called on Friday by Client Services. Called on Saturday by the Retentions department. My premium and excess have been rectified. Thank you Busi from Retentions. </p>
