Excess ****

I have been charged a crazy amount for my claim:C ********** . As far as I know my excess is R6000.00 and now I have to pay R11000.00, for minimal damages, which if I had decided to fix my car I would have spent half the amount and my car would be in my hands right now. No one cared to communicate with me, I have since waited for the assessor until I was called by the panelbeaters to inform me that the insurance approved. I am dissatisfied and considering joining a different and fair service provider. Right now I wonder if I made the right choice joining miway. My brother warned me before and I gave you a benefit of doubt, and here I am facing the same situation as him. Perhaps I should engage the ombards department regarding this. It is unfair that when you join they promise you heaven and Earth,but come claim time you are left to suffer. This is a con game, you're taking us for a ride.??
