Excess Review (Outstanding Service)

When I first joined miway company in the year 2010 the excess was R3000 and I was told by one of the consultant that my excess is fixed and it never increase but to my suprise when I check my schedule for annual increase there is an increase in my excess, which means now it increases from R3000 to R3850 and when I compare with the schedule of 2014 the excess was still R3000. Now someone from miway call center advises me that in order for the excess to remain fixed they will have to increase the premiums but when I first joined miway was told that the excess is fixed, they misrepresented themselves and I was on the verge of shopping around for insurance with other companies. I called and was transferred to one of the senior managers by the name of Maitumelo and she showed me how valuable am I and she reinstated my excess to the original price before the schedule and she went an extra mile to make me happy by reviewing my policy and reducing my premium.
