Excess refunded

Yana De Ru was really good and kept us in the loop with everything . Eventually she succeeded in getting our excess refunded.

This happened nearly a year and a half after the accident, mostly because of the difficulty of dealing with the other party. Their persistence paid off for us in the end.

Only criticism I have is having to repeat or resubmit details over and over again.

Well done to the Miway team though.
