EXCESS REFUND and Motor Claim
It is great excitement last year got involved in a car accident when the other car come through and hit my car from behind. Lucky I had my insurance whom they wrote off my car offered me car hire while they process and paid out my claim within the 31 days process. Well what gave me more confidence and care is receiving update call of them successfully claim my excess amount from the person whom crashed my car.
A big thank you note to their claims department but most of all to Legal Advisor Recoveries lady by the name Yana De Ru .You are the best and a true individual who promote the values of insurance when in trouble .
