Excess refund

I was in a minor accident in December 2017 and the other party admitted guilt, my car was fixed and I paid an excess of R3200, this was in Feb 2018. On the 20th July 2018 I was refunded the excess by Miway. Please note: It was not guaranteed that I would get the refund but they pulled through and I was refunded. Thank you
