Excess Recovery Failure

You will loose a whole lot of clients because of this Thabile(HJ Badenhorst and Associates Inc.) lady handling Excess-Recovery cases on MiWay's behalf. I've been trying to recover my excess for the past 6months and she just keeps quiet, can't get hold of her, she does not respond to my emails. Apparently the matter was FINALLY resolved(1st August 2019) and payment should be made within 30 business days but today is the 25th September 2019 and she's just mute on me. Claim number: C*** . Kindly escalate this case as a matter of urgency, I do not wish to legally take it a step further from my end.
