Excess paid back

I would like to thank Melanie Reddy at the Recoveries department for assisting me in having my excess paid back to me and she went all out her way to make sure my claim was processed quickly and professionally and made sure that I get paid just two weeks after my car was repaired. This is one of many other reasons why I would still want to remain your client as the service I have received has by far been fair and the best service I could ever think of..
