Excess Money Backs still not received -Bad service -MIWAY dragging their feet!!! ies not even responding to emails

writing on Hello Peter will get them phoning me as soon as this review is published.am very disappointed in the manner MIWAY is dragging their feet to help me get my excess paid back.my case is now been handed over to the lady called Thabile who is working for the lawyers for MIWAY ..she never bothered to update me and finally when I ask for update she updated but never rep**** to the second email I send her .i send her an email on 30th August till today she has not rep**** to my email .not sure if she doesn't see the need to do so or if she doesn't value me as a client. am absolutely annoyed by MIWAY. the update she gave me was that "Kindly note that the summons issued and sent to the sheriff. The sheriff has informed us that the summons couldn’t be served. We requested our tracing agents to provide us with the defendant's particulars. Once same has been received we will continue to amend our summons and send to the sheriff. it looks like nothing has been done till today ..how come MIWAY is failing to trace where this person is working ..if he has changed his home address using his ID number .. I want my Excess money and MIWAY does care about its client at all nor updating me. I don't want any empty promises or any phone calls from MIWAY after this I want to see a bank notification of my EXCESS money.
