Excess and Premium

<p>Good day Mi Way</p> <p>Today I decided to call Mi Way to query about my excess fee that is high and also the premiums that was increased, at first I spoke to Tebogo and he really assist me very well. Then he transferred me to his Supervisor Anathi Ndum-Ndum assisted me so well with patience she even reduced my excess amount to something I didn't accept :)also not forgetting the reasonable premium Thank you very much for your assistance Thumbs up to you Anathi :) :) :)</p>
