Excess amount of Miway
My daughter was in a car accident last night. The other driver skipped a red light and drove right into her. I phoned MiWay to help with the claim. How totally disappointing. R10, 000 excess payment even though the accident was not her fault. And they do not negotiate with the driver who was at fault to repair my car. My car is only worth about R60, 000. The adverti*****ts on MiWay is so great. But put in a claim and they slam you with excuses and excess payments. I will not recommend MiWay to anyone. There is a hell of a lot better insurance companies then them. And I will rather advertise this as the BS that they advertise on TV.
